Responsibilities
Identify and develop strategic opportunities across Asia aligned with the firm’s design direction Build and sustain relationships with developers, clients, and partners Analyze regional market trends in architecture, real estate, and urban development Support the development of regional growth strategies Lead the preparation of design-led proposals, tenders, and presentations Coordinate with internal design teams to align opportunities with capabilities Manage communication with clients throughout early engagement stages Organize and participate in regional visits, meetings, and industry events Support contract discussions and project onboarding processes
Requirements
Bachelor’s / Master’s / MBA in Architecture, Urban Design, Real Estate, or related field Minimum 10 years of international experience in business development within architecture or design fields Strong network in UAE and Asia markets Based in Dubai or willing to relocate Excellent English communication skills (Mandarin is a strong advantage) Strong interpersonal and coordination skills within multidisciplinary teams High level of organization, responsibility, and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
